NOVI Burger,
Eatery & Lounge was founded by a New Yorker who wanted to present what he thought was a proper burger.

It wasn't long before Times of Malta discovered NOVI Burger and ran an article about the burgers saying: "We found ourselves referring to what we were eating in terms of our all-time favourites and that alone is quite the accolade!"

NOVI Burger is a new restaurant concept mainly focused on homemade express food, large varieties of imported beers, signature cocktails and good music. Select wines can also be found here.

We strive to provide you with a tasty and healthy alternative to fast food using only fresh, locally sourced ingredients and organic where possible. We serve everything from the old school classics to new organic, vegan and vegetarian dishes with our own little twist.

And don’t forget to leave room for delicious, homemade desserts, smoothies, fresh juices and speciality coffees.
